The Process       

So how does this work?
First, the client or designer identifies the project and gets in touch with LUKE WORKS. Then we meet to discuss your particular projects and the issues you are trying to solve. LUKE WORKS then creates an initial sketch and a price estimate based on that sketch. When considering concrete counters, furniture, or metal work in a larger renovation or new construction project it is important for LUKE WORKS to get involved early in the process so that considerations can be made for framing, lighting, and other details.

At this point we arrange a deposit on the piece, commonly 50% of the total cost. Revisions are made to the design and final decisions on colors and materials are made. Sometimes arrangements are made with other work and contractors that are onsite.

Then we go to work on your piece. We receive materials at our shop and we custom build your piece.

The Big Day
We then deliver and install your piece. Installation time will depend on the complexity of the project and the other architectural details surrounding it. Final payment is made. You enjoy your original, custom-made piece for your home or business.
